Mr. Jain is a Senior Associate at Mistral Equity Partners, LLC. He also serves as an Associate at Trimaran Capital Partners – a New York based private equity firm with over $5 billion in assets under management. Mr. Jain is responsible for sourcing, structuring and executing private equity transactions across a wide spectrum of industries. Prior to Mistral and Trimaran, he worked as a Mergers & Acquisitions Analyst at UBS Investment Bank.
Mr. Jain currently serves as an observer on the Board of Directors of Charlie Brown’s Steak House, Educational Services of America, Fiesta Brands, Norcraft Companies, and Urban Brands. Mr. Jain also serves on the Social Investment Council and the Fundraising Committee of Echoing Green which provides first-stage funding and support to visionary leaders with bold ideas for social change. He is also actively involved with Sponsors for Educational Opportunity, a nonprofit organization that was founded as one of New York City's first mentoring programs for high school and college students of color.
Mr. Jain received a B.Sc. and an M.B.A. from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, both with high distinction.
